After dropping the event into its new time, a pop-up will appear where you can specify how you would like the change to apply to the calendar. To customize individual events, drag and drop an event on the calendar to a new time.The calendar will dynamically update based on your selections. You can choose a weekly cadence or select individual dates if you would like the meal plan to only be for a select number of days. Assign the Meal Plan Dates using the Date Assignment drop-down.If there is another meal plan already assigned, you will see that meal plan shown as well. After selecting your schedule, your meal plan events will appear on the calendar view. You can choose between standard schedules or custom team schedules. ![]() Use the select schedule drop-down to select the Meal Plan Schedule.If you select to create a new meal plan, A pop-up window will appear where you will be prompted to complete four steps.If you would like to Assign a Meal Plan from a Meal Plan Template or Copy from an Existing Meal Plan, select the Three-Dot icon to the right of the “+” button and choose the action you wish to take You can also create a new plan by selecting the meal plan drop-down box and selecting Create Meal Plan from the list of options. Select the + button next to Meal Plans on the left hand side of the screen.On this page, you will see any current meal plan that the athlete is using. Select the Meal Plans tab at the top of the page.Select the Athlete you wish to create a meal plan for.Creating new meal plans allows you to share suggested and personalized meal options with athletes through the Notemeal mobile app. ![]()
